boost problem ... ?

well i finally got the knock sensor fixed , its giving code 55 ... I have the blitz turbo timer that reads boost , but when i get on it it will read around 0.40 . It reads in hars, so .40 is around like 5lbs.... ? What are ca stock boost set at.. Am i just really missing something here ? i got the boost gauge T into the fpr. Could some of my vacuum lines be wrong or maybe a boost leak. Any help is appreciated thanks...

That's probabally not too far off actually. It's only supposed to be 7psi when new, and I'm sure that the spring in your wastegate is weakened and so you're running a little less boost.
