Are you trying to find what how much power the VQ35 can handle? Cuz if so, you're asking the wrong question.

The general consensus is that the VQ35DE's stock internals are good for up to 400whp. A few ppl hav pushed it further towards 500hp, but that's uncommon on stock internals.

So, to answer your question: as much boost as your setup will take to reach approximately 400whp.

ok well i am glad someone replied im gonna try and run 10psi until i upgrade the internals, do i have to upgrade the crand also or just rods and pistons

with some forged rods and pistons the sleeves should handle over 450 stock
