i have a 96 g20 and i just installed the bluebird engine. the engine will crank but not start. it has spark and fuel is getting to the fuel rail but the injectors aren't squirting. i have the stock de ecu hookep up for now. i was wondering if anyone had tips. i know the ecu has to be tuned and i have an afc but you have to start it to tune it.

Check to see if there's current going through the injector wires.

Make sure your AFC's pre-startup settings are correct as per the manual.
