I just put crappy APC blubs in there for now and when I turn them on, they blow fog fuses right away. The only thing I can think of... is a bad ground or just crappy APC bulbs not grounded to the case good enough causing this...

Any other ideas?

I just put in HIDs but they were doing it before I put those in...

Any blubs you think I should get besides more HIDs? Cause I am not gonna pay the price of HIDs again just for my fogs like I did for my headlights... lol

u sure you got the right type of bulbs? sometimes the wrong bulbs draw more amperage than they are supposed to, thus blowing fuses.

He is exactly correct. Some bulbs will draw too much amperage, and blow the fuse. DO NOT put in a higher amp fuse. You will not blow the fuse, but will melt the wiring all the way through the harness to the lights. (my buddy did this in an eclipse)
