i was wondering why when i take off my blowoff valve rebreather hose off my car wants to die

Because when you are at idle, that BOV doesn't have a strong enough spring/diaphram, whichever the case, to keep enough air going though the engine. If you put your hand over it BOV, you can feel the air pouring out.

That recirc line is essential as the air goes in just before the turbo and the MAF is metered with that air in mind. Without it, your engine is gonna run like crap at idle. You can still drive around if you can keep it running, and if your shifts are quick enough, you won't have any problems...but once you get down to idle speed, game over.

If you go to an aftermarket type, with a strong enough spring, you can vent to the atmosphere, but you might have problems with stalling out on decceleration. It's not your car, it's all stock BOVs on the RB engine.
