block heater

although my car can start in -45, i decide to get a block heater, and i am wondering whether the low radiator hose heater is good choice or the magnetic heater is better(i need a easy installation) :rolleyes

i would get whatever comes when you pick the option from nissan. my 89 240 has a block heater from the factory.

Starting your car in -42 degrees is terrible on the engine if you don't have a block heater to keep that oil from getting like molasses.

Its reaching -51 degrees Celsius here tonight, my car is plugged in but I won't even bother starting her

Find out what they would install from the factory, purchase one similiar to it and install won't take long. I hope you're doing it inside
