Billet grille... any company still make one?

Does any company still make a billet grille for these old trucks? I would rather have an insert as I don't like the style of the "phantom" that cover the headlights, besides they are illegal here in NC.

I have seen them on a few low riders spread throughout random magazines. Never actually found a source for one anywhere, though. I'm assuming they are either custom or modified to fit these trucks.
