First what is your goal with upgraded brakes? Are you experiencing fade on the track now? Which track pads are you running?
You don't need anything more than the Stoptech 4 piston fronts. The only thing the 6 piston caliper does is give you a larger brake pad for endurance racing. They will not help you stop any shorter. I don't think your endurance racing.
I can get great prices on Stoptech brakes. I can get the front 4 piston ST-40 355's for $1995 shipped.
I use the Stoptech 355 4 piston fronts on my 670hp Z at the race track and I have never had fade with them and I hit speeds over 170mph. There are alot of manufacturers that offer pads for the ST-40 from race to street compound. Customer service is easy to get a hold of and the yare manufactured here in CA so overhauls are easy.
You can also order the Stoptechs in any color you'd like for a small extra cost.
These calipers are about twice the size as the OEM Brembo's and keep the OEM front to rear brake bias. The Stoptech Aero Rotors are the best rotors you can buy. Really good stuff there.
Buy a set of Stoptech Aero Rotors for the rear Brembo's and youre set.
I had the luxury of choosing any manufacturer I wanted to source my brakes from and I chose Stoptech.
If your just doing this for looks and street driving then get whatever strikes your fancy. They are all overkill for the street.

Jet Pilot gave some great advice. If you're not planning to use your roadster at the track, a big brake upgrade is really not necessary as the Z's stock brake performance is very good.
I also do a lot of track events, so I upgraded my non-brembo 350z to 4 piston Stop-techs on all 4 wheels including those nice aero rotors plus the braided stainleossbrake lines. I also went with Ferrodo 2500 pads (hybrid track/street pad) and I love the set up. Street performance is not quite as good as stock when they are cold, but they are downright wonderful on the track when they get warmed up.
One thing to keep in mnd, if you're planning to upgrade a Big brake kit, you'll need 18" wheels. If you have 17's on that roadster, you might not have enough clearance.
