Biden marks 50M vaccine doses in first 5 weeks in office

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics ... li=BBnb7Kz

"On Thursday, Biden marked the administration of the 50 millionth dose of COVID-19 vaccine since his swearing-in. The moment came days after the nation reached the devastating milestone of 500,000 coronavirus deaths and ahead of a meeting with the nation's governors on plans to speed the distribution even further.

“The more people get vaccinated, the faster we’re going to beat this pandemic,” Biden said at the White House ceremony, noting that his administration is on course to exceed his promise to deliver 100 million shots in his first 100 days in office."

Trump had no plan, no clue, and refused to wear a mask and urge others to do so.

What a d!ck wad Trump was and still is!

Waiting to hear the a$$hole speak
Late as usual!
Need a few laughs after receiving my second vaccine shot.

Donald Trump at CPAC: Ex-president expected to declare himself leader of Republican Party

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics ... li=BBnb7Kz

"ORLANDO, Fla. – Donald Trump plans to re-enter political life Sunday by attacking President Joe Biden, condemning Republican opponents, and proclaiming himself the leader of a GOP riven by election defeat and a pro-Trump insurrection."

I don't think I'll watch Trump speak now.
I'll catch the highlights on MSNBC later.
"Trump's maiden speech of his post-presidency could be a long one. Trump, who spoke frequently at CPAC before and after his presidency, talked for two hours during his appearance in 2019."

Oh wait, he did have a plan.
He led an armed insurrection of the Capitol resulting in deaths and injuries on January 6th 2021 of police and almost had the vice president that supported him for over four years killed.
It is no surprise to anyone that Pence declined an invitation to appear at CPAC.

Thank you President Biden for organizing the vaccine rollout from scratch. The previous a$$hole had no plan.

Biden asks ‘what am I doing here’…
Ignored by Media: Joe Biden Is Completely LOST in Texas Even with Handler Nearby

BIDEN STILL HAS NOT HELD A PRESS CONFERENCE AFTER 43 DAYS IN OFFICE - THAT’S THE LONGEST STRETCH TO START A PRESIDENCY IN AT LEAST 100 YEARS
by Kevin Ryan

President Biden still has not held a press conference in the 43 days since he took office. Every single president since at least 1923 has held a press conference within 33 days of taking office: Coolidge, Hoover, Roosevelt, Truman, Eisenhower, Kennedy, Johnson, Nixon, Ford, Carter, Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Clinton, George W. Bush, Obama, and Trump.

And the record likely goes back much longer, but exact dates become harder to find for earlier presidents. Biden’s lack of availability is already leading to criticism and questions about why he is being held back from the press. And it’s not just the conservative media who’ve begun to take note: CNN was the first to publicize that every president going back nearly 100 years held press conferences sooner in their presidency than Biden.

Oh look!

Biden Is the Anti-Trump, and It’s Working

https://www.nytimes.com/2021/03/04/opin ... -plan.html

I don't think Biden fails out of the starting gate.
Far from it.
Vaccinations have now ramped up to two million per day.
Trump kept his and Melania's vaccination in January a secret. I wonder why?
I got my second Moderna vaccination earlier this week. Thank you President Biden for putting together a vaccination rollout plan starting from scratch because your predecessor was a big failure and had no vaccination plan. Trump is one dumb fuk!
Thank you President Biden for reopening ACA enrollment.

More than 200,000 people signed up for health coverage on federal ObamaCare exchanges in the first two weeks of a special pandemic enrollment period, according to federal statistics released Wednesday.

Whatever happened to the better, cheaper republican healthcare plan to replace what they called a disaster and terrible plan?
Interesting that Americans are signing up in droves now during the present open enrollment
Is it possible that the Trump plan was all bullshyt all the time?

I wonder if the Trump supporters will refuse vaccinations for the Covid 19 virus because our government now run by Joe Biden is paying for it?
Imagine the government providing healthcare to 300 million Americans.

What a country we live in.
Too bad its filled with 74 million uninformed A holes!

Howie, in the real world there are other things that are as important, if not more so than hiking everybody's taxes to pay for "universal healthcare". Your man is asleep at the switch and the whole world knows it. FFS, even his own people won't let him take questions...

Roguester

In the real world the most important thing is to get all 330 million plus Americans vaccinated so our children, grandchildren, businesses, the travel, hotel, and cruise industry can reopen.
Will Biden make some mistakes? Of course he will. Any president will.
The mistake that Obama made was trying to work with republicans and scaled back the stimulus package.
That turned out to be a big mistake.
Trump and the republicans had no problem sharply increasing the national debt by cutting taxes to the richest Americans. Republicans thought it was fine to leave the federal minimum wage at $7.25 per hour when voters in many states were voting to raise it.
Biden realizes that getting the funds out to the states to vaccinate, get the kids back in school, and reopen the entire economy is job one.
Too bad that there are still some stupid republican governors that refuse to issue a mask order.
Is it that hard to wear a mask until the entire nation is vaccinated?

Again where is the Trump Republican healthcare plan?
Trump spoke for over an hour at CPAC and I had to go to my least favorite cable channel to listen. Trump repeated so many false statements that all other cable channels refused to carry the lies.
Trump has no vision or plan for the future. He only goes after those that refuse to support him.
According to the NYTimes over 100k registered republicans have changed their party affiliation.
The GOP is losing supporters and not gaining any new voters.
Without a plan the GOP will continue to lose despite any errors or mistakes that President Biden makes.

And who's in charge of the government now? CBO expects federal debt to double over next 30 years. Tell me, is a $1.9 trillion pork filled spending spree the best way to reduce the debt? Meanwhile billions of dollars in Coronavirus stimulus money still hasn’t been spent.

Oh, and I like how you fail to mention that taxes were reduced for every taxpayer, not just the rich. Democrats have this bizarre notion that taxing the rich into the poorhouse will solve everything. As an example, the last governor of Maryland tried soaking the rich, and guess what happened? They wound up collecting less tax money. Why? Because the rich are not a captive audience. They left the state of Maryland, just as they're leaving New York now.

I do like how Trump is living rent free in your head. :rotfl

The job one of President Biden is to end the pandemic no matter what the cost.
1.9 Trillion is not a high price to pay to get the entire nation vaccinated, including all the teachers, healthcare workers, and get kids back to school .
The pent up economy which will explode after the end of the pandemic will more than pay for the vaccinations. Tax revenue will soar.
Trump was a huge failure in getting the vaccine into the arms of everyone.

Why did Trump keep his vaccine vaccination a secret?
Why was Trump opposed to mask wearing?
Why does Trump have no future plan?
Why was there no Trump infrastructure plan even though he frequently mentioned one every time there was negative news about him?

Where is the Republican healthcare plan?

Biden has ramped up vaccinations to over two million per day at no cost to the public.
Government provided vaccinations.
Expanded ACA enrollments under president Biden.

Finally a federal government that is working again with Trump gone and Biden in charge.

Not sure how much longer I'll have to wait to travel again to Florida with no mandatory mask requirement?

The Florida governor is as dumb as Trump.
Sad!

Well finally some information on the non existent Trump Healthcare plan which Roguester has failed to answer.
The entire Trump family is corrupt and incompetent.

"As far back as 2017, when Trump's health care plan floundered and failed, Kushner and his family were on the slopes of Aspen, Colorado. In 2018, they were vacationing in Florida amid the government shutdown, even though the White House insisted Kushner was actively leading negotiations. And in 2019, when Trump was under fire for multiple issues, from background checks to comments about Jews and Democrats, the couple was having downtime in Wyoming, something even Trump noted with a tweet of a photo of them on vacation: "Two incredible people. I can't believe they're not working (few work harder)!"

Once omnipresent Kushner now MIA from Trump's political pack

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics ... li=BBnb7Kz

Meantime Biden is working hard to ramp up vaccinations to over two million per day.
President Biden fully invoked the Defense Production Act that Trump failed to do during his entire presidency.
Imagine two of the largest drug companies, Merck and Johnson and Johnson working together to sharply increase the vaccine supply. Thank you President Biden for being smart not like the previous dumb a$$. Trump was too busy watching and calling in to Fox television in the waning days of his presidency.
Is it any wonder that Trump lost the election that he still believes that he won?
The republicans also lost the house and senate thanks to Trump.

Oh please. Everybody knows that 90% of the current "relief package" is pure pork. There's a trillion dollars still to be spent from the past Covid relief packages, so your statement rings hollow.

The answer to your question can be found daily in the main section of The New York Times.
Since Biden has taken office less than two months ago, republican obstructionism has prevented Biden from having a full Senate confirmed cabinet.

Biden appears frequently on many cable channels throughout the day and often answers reporters questions without attacking them.
President Biden also has a very qualified press secretary that holds a press conference multiple times per week. She also appears frequently on the Sunday morning talk shows.

You need to move to a more credible source of news to become better informed.

Biden accelerating out of the gate in only 51 days approves and signs a major piece of legislation

Biden Signs $1.9 Trillion Stimulus Bill

President Biden signed the legislation a day earlier than the White House had planned, and he will begin a campaign to promote the bill with an address just after 8 p.m. Eastern. The House has passed legislation to expand background checks for gun buyers, but the changes are unlikely to succeed in the Senate.

https://www.nytimes.com/live/2021/03/11 ... biden-news

Far from the lies of Hannity that President Biden is sleepy.

"The campaign will include travel by the president and Vice President Kamala Harris across multiple states, events that will feature a wide range of cabinet members emphasizing the legislation’s themes, as well as endorsements from Republican mayors, according to administration officials.

Mr. Biden is set to deliver the Thursday address just after 8 p.m. from the East Room of the White House, and said on Wednesday that he planned to “talk about what we’ve been through as a nation this past year.”
