Well I'm already kinda of biased in this but have to say 2k2-2k3 6-speed max. She's the best girlfriend i've had yet. She's got the perfect curves. Her headlights are awesome. They turn all the guys heads. When i take her to the movie theater and everyone is commenting on it. I say that's right she belongs to me lol

LOL! The 3rd gen Maxima is probably my favorite. Its modern enough but remains stealth looking. I definitely love the 5th gen especially for style, and 6th is fantastic (test drove one) except for all that annoying torque steer.

Just made a deal on a 1990 Maxima. Has 113.5K miles and although needs a visit to the detail shop is needs nothing more than a couple of window regulators fixed and a power steering hose. Back lot specials are great, they were asking $4995 for this car and because it had not made detail shop, it was cheeeeeep. Deal went like this...I walked in, talked to saleperson, gave them idea what I wanted.Showed me- 1994 Sentra XE 2dr 5 speed, 155k, 3995, next-1996 Camry, dents everywhere, interior immaculate, aftermarket wheels, 87K, 3495, nope-2002 Malibu, scratched, rough, worn, 115K, make offer, I don't think so-(it had a 3.4 junk engine)Then there it was....sitting on the other side of the fence waiting its turn.Went looked, fired up, runs, drives and non-smoker car.Sun roof works, cruise and A.\C work, factory Bose even still working. So I made them an offer....they sold me the car, as is -where is for less than $.40 on the dollar....And I will be driving it home (from Houston to Omaha) in about three weeks....meanwhile got to work out a deal with the hotel...

I like my 96, but i think they look too much like toyota camry's. Mine looked a lot better after i took the pin stripes off the sides, but i think the next model newer is the best. I just don't like it when people look at my car and think "camry". I want them to think, "that car's hot, it must be a maxima"

i agree with you completely on that! That's why i got the 5th gen maxima's. Quite unique. You can not tell me a car that looks anything like it. 4th gens were hot, but they did look like other cars and so did the 3rd gens. and on back.
