Any opinions on the best kit out there for the 240s? I have a '95 S14.

I've seen these online:
Energy Suspensions
Prothane
Any others?

I plan to swap an LSx engine in next year but will drive the car more than just the weekends. it is not going to be tracked much (if any) and will never be drifted on purpose. Maybe some drag racing. I want something decent to ride on.

Ive heard whiteline is the best but im a baller on a budget! Im running energy front to back and. Have zero complaints.....except for there is no fix for worn strut bearing. Bushings! Lol. Be prepared to have your car down for at least a weekend.

when I take mine apart, it will be down for 1 year probably. I'm taking it down to nuts and bolts and putting it back together piece by piece. Full restoration and rebuild.

Your set then. I was time crunched at my shop after hours and man the rear bushings kicked my a**. Had to leave my car there over the weekend. If your upgrading any arms or links you could probly still put the. Bushings in the stockers and sell them.

Yes, I will be upgrading all the arms and links. I am coilovers and everything else is stock. Time to make it right.

I would wait to buy the bushing set then because if your doing all after market arms and links all. Of them will be pillow ball mounts and you wont even need the kit. Maybe steering rack and sway bar bushings.

werd. I was gonna get a ES kit myself but I got new pdm flca arm coming in the mail (i needed the new ball joints), TC rods are pretty new, and I know I want aftermarket arms in the rear sooner or later.

I just ended up ordering ES sway bar d bar and endlink bushings.

For the rlca might as well get OEM bushings, they're cheap.

anyone know if I can buy new lower bushings for my KTC coilovers? I noticed tonight that the rubber isn't doing very well.

I can't say for sure, but wouldn't it be the same size as OEM? The ID of the race would have to be the same to mount up, the OD would depend on the coilover, but I would assume they wouldn't change it, no reason too. Though it may be stiffer rubber.

I am working on a full ES set, so far quality is nice and anything will be an improvement over the deteriorated stock bushings.
