Baulky 6 Speed shifter

I am the happy owner of a new G35 coupe with a 6 speed manual, but have been having problems with engaging 1st and 2nd gears. It initially was difficult to get into gear in colder weather, but improved once the engine warmed up. Now it happens more often, both with up-shifting and down-shifting.Does anyone know if there would be an adjustment to remedy this, or is it time to ask the dealer to replace the transmission (I only have 1400 miles on my coupe)

mine does it to in first gear when it is cold outnever thought it was a problem though i think you just have to release the clutch and try to engage again please let me know the outcome maybe mine has a problem to
