Hit lvl 15 today, maxed out assault and vehicles. working big time on medic, scored major points with that today

Hopefully the new server update that comes out tuesday fixes a lot of the lag that's been going on. I can't take the lag anymore...

I'm leeching off of my Brother's account now, we're level 29.

Engineer I found is only good on certain maps where armor plays a big roll. Nothing like taking out two tanks one after another with the repair tool.
Funnest thing I've done was when our squad stuck about 30 c4's to a UAV and flew it into the bomb site. Instant win. Or as asasult with c4, laying a s*** of bombs around the house containing the target and bringing the house down. C4 is fun... Kills all armor instantly.

Meh, I could care less about that. As far as I'm concerned, those people are just weeding out the guys that are trying to kill me as I plant. Quite honestly, when I play with my clan, the 4 of us are always 1-4 on the board, and we blow up every crate. To me, everyone else is cannon fodder.

Anyone else notice recently that a lot of the servers advertised as being HC aren't actually HC when you join? I hate normal...nothing like pumping a pound of lead into a guy only to have him run behind a wall. Or taking a .50 round to the chest and surviving.

So I just picked up the first BF:BC since I didn't have it yet. Does anyone still play the multiplayer on it or has everyone moved over to BF:BC 2?

From what i hear there are still a bunch of people that still play it...I haven't in a while, but I do miss the large maps and gameplay of BC1.

I did the same thing yesterday. Had been meaning to get it for awhile now, but as the weather gets warmer, I tend to play less videogames. But for $37, I wasn't passing it up! I've been getting online ok (so far). It's a little glitchy and laggy, but it is FUN AS HELL!!! I wish I had been playing this since it first came out.

Looks exactly like the modern mission in BC2??
Oh well..as long as it gives us new maps I'm cool with it.
I really do enjoy the storyline of a ragtag team of misfits with Bad Company though...so it'll be cool to see more of that.
If you haven't tried it yet...while doing the single player campaign stay in one spot for a couple of minutes and listen to what your buddies start saying. It's hilarious.

pump shotguns with slugs...they're fun.

I've been using the VSS a lot lately...I despised it when I first started using it (I felt I should gold star every weapon.

sadly, you can't gold star the smoke launcher...I've got somewhere around 60 kills with it.

I use the shotguns for TDM. For me, the VSS has too much recoil, and the range isn't quite as good as the M995. That's the only rifle I use for sniping.

the M95 is a fag gun....

for normal sniping use and ease of aiming, it doesn't get any better than the M24

I despise the Barrett.

the VSS, you gotta learn to aim a hair low. I hit headshots off 3 round burts with a regularity when I play recon (haven't done much of it lately, either assault or engineer pissing people off with repair tool kills)

That and when you reload the barret it sticks all 11 feet of the gun into the air...signaling your position. It is nice being able to take down helicopters with it though. GOL is still my favorite...m24 gets a little inaccurate at long distances.
m416 is my favorite gun ATM. With single shots you can go toe-to-toe with snipers at pretty much any distance if ur a good shot with the red dot. And it just rips through people close-mid distance.
