battery replacement

Has anyone else had to replace their battery after only two years?

You may be the only one. Aside from Doc who changed out his battery because of the system he runs, I don't think anyone else has had a problem with their OEM battery. I'm switching over to an Optima Red top soon myself

I replaced my battery after 18 months and 15000 miles The dealer was a jerkoff and said nissan only paid 50% after 12 months, was cheaper to buy a better one from my friends shop. But that POS OEM battery WILL go back in there when my lease is up..

No system,just OEM Bose, radar detector and Garmin GPS that all shut off when car isn't running!

I needed a new one after 19k after leaving the country for a month. Came back, jumped it, let it charge up and an hour later the car was still dead.

Batteries are funky sometimes - could have a dead cell, etc...

Not saying it should die. But it can.

loose connection to the cable end , crappy battery, not spraying anti corrosive when installing a new battery, the elements can all lead to corrosion and even cauliflowering
