AZ, that's the thing. I try to make sure at the very least to do the basic maintenance. No cauliflowers or weird buildup on terminals. Damp then dry paper towels to clean. Not really much control about temps though...

Just kind of sucks, especially compared to the battery on my last car which lasted around 6-7 years before exhibiting issues, and with similar maintenance.
