I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove some really bad touch-up paint that the previous owner did to my car. Ill post some pictures on it when i get home but its like the wrong shade and everything so I needed some advice on how to remove it without damaging the paint around it.
Thanks.

Badly-applied touchup generally has crappy adhesion. White polishing compound on a soft drill pad will usually whip it right off.

Ycch, that's awful. Looks like it might need some red compound anyway, even without the crappy touch-up.

you might be better off buying a new bumper cover. How does the rest of the car look?

Oh the car looks pretty good other than the rear bumper and a few spots, and no clear coat peal or fading for the age.
