I have the 6 speaker set up with blue tooth. looking at the wiring diagram for the rear speakers it shows the negative being (GR) does this mean green or does these mean gray? On the same note in the wiring diagram is showing the positive as (LG) is this light green or light gray? This is totally confusing.

I did a search one person wrote the negative is always to the front. This would be right only on one side (same plugs and same color wires on both sides) gray is front on drivers side, green front on passenger side.

What is the correct answer?

B = BlackW = WhiteR = RedG = GreenL = BlueY = YellowLG = Light GreenBR = BrownOR or O = OrangeP = PinkPU or V (Violet) = PurpleGY or GR = GraySB = Sky BlueCH = Dark BrownDG = Dark Green

When the wire color is striped, the base color is given first, followed by the stripe color as shownbelow:Example: L/W = Blue with White Stripe

There ya go

The article is very informative till you come to the part where it says "As a rule of thumb, the negative lead is always the one facing the front of the car". This should be corrected because it is misleading. It can't be this way on both sides of the car that is why I asked for the correct way.

Where did you find the color code for the wiring? I looked for over an hour and could not find it. I might need it in the future and would really appreciate it if you could tell me.

the coolest thing about speaker wires for speakers is that you can hook it up wrong and it wont do anything till you hook it up the right way... thats how you find out whats neg and pos... just put them on there and have your radio going and once you hear sound out of it then thats the one you hook up...
