So yeah, I haven't been on here in about oh... 10 months or so. Where have I been? Same place doing the same stuff. Just working and raising the kids. Last time I drove the 240 was back in January! Well, I decided to resurrect that too. Battery was dead of course so I got a fresh battery and the CA fired up right away (albeit a little rough running... the gas in the tank can't be too good). So yeah, I am looking to fix up the car a little bit this month and get it back on the road. One thing I noticed though, the car is smoking a bit. And when I gave it some gas, it smoked a little more. Its a whitish smoke. It was running for about 10 mins before I gave it any gas so I don't think its carbon buildup (I could be wrong). Anyway, gonna give her an oil change, fresh belts and hoses some new brakes and get er back on the road!

Glad to have you back bro. I was wondering where you went, lol. Us old school guys need to stick around to show this kids a thing or two.

Guess you didn't hear I totaled mine. I swapped it all over to a hatch however.

glad to see your alive. the CF car community as a whole has been falling apart

sounds like it just needs to be freshened up and should be good.

I would sea foam as well.... then try and diagnose the mess coming out the tail.

I wouldn't worry about it much until you get that old fuel changed out/burned up. It might be shizit burning out of the fuel.

Yeah, I am guessing a little water in the gas would come off as white smoke (steam). Wouldnt be surprised if some spider webs or other insect nests are cooking in the exhaust, lol.

You just need to go do some nice 100mph+ highway pulls. That uses up A LOT of fuel!
