I would really want to swap my current instrument cluster without a tachometer to one with a tachometer (which I already purchased)
Where would I be able to obtain new wiring for it or is it not possible?

did u try swaping it, it prob will work, i've swapped a bunch and the only things is the abs light may come on/off but just unscrew the bulb

IIRC someone tried this and the Tach didnt work. I cant remember. Try searching the site.
