b13 flooding and mis fireing help!

my 93' nissan sentra b 13 Ga16DE is mis fireing in the third cylinder, and the cylinder is flooding with very large amounts of gas.. i replaced the injector on that cylinder and the fuel pressure regulator.. but the problems were still there.. what could this be? could the brand new injector be bad as well as the old one?

If you didn't oil/grease that o ring when you put the injector back in, it will leak.
