Ok, so we can attach images, but we can't use the [img] tag. I guess that's better than nothing, but it seems like a clunky way to do things.

Edit: no dice. I was hoping to find a way to add two images to the same post but it doesn't want to let me do it.

didn't work. you have to use a gif animator to shrink it. otherwise you end up with a static image.

...and since i'm bored, here's your dragon. You're right, it doesn't look as good as it did, but I wouldn't call it stupid.

transparent background didn't work out too well against light colors so I took out the transparency.

Edit: nevermind, you're right, it does look stupid. I can barely tell what it is.

Any graphics app that has a good resample algorithm should do. But I'd say the less detail to start with the better. If you have a picture of you, it won't scale too well.
