Aux input for 2007 Maxima?

Car: 1990 240sx- SR20 swap and a turbo that's absolutely too big, spools around 4,400 and I love it!!!

My wife has a 2007 Maxima. It has a screen that shows what radio station you're on, gas mileage, all that crap. I'm just wondering why it doesn't have an auxilary input on it. Is there any way I could put one on there? I just can't figure out how you would go about putting a new radio in it because of the screen and all that.
