Automatic Shifter Knob
Has anyone tried or know if the shifter knob can be removed/replaced by an aftermarket knob?

Actually - my buddy did it to his Rav 4 back in the day. There are kits out there...but its not worth the trouble (AT to MT looking style shift knob)
he even put a shift boot, but it covered P,R,N,D,d1...lol

What's the point??? Why not buy it MT in the first place? The car is 1000$ cheaper with MT. yeah, and after you take a sledge hammer to your knob i got some cheap property in alaska that you can get for a song............HIT IT MAESTRO!!!
