I replaced my battery this weekend and when I was donr the auto-up feature stopped working. The auto-down feature still works..........but not up

Any suggestions?

oddly enough someone just asked about this exact same thing about 2 days ago, in fact its like 10 posts down from this one. This should fix your problem.

This is form the manual.

If the windows do not close
automatically
If the power window automatic function
(closing only) does not operate properly,
perform the following procedure to initialize
the power window system.

1. Push the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Open the window more than halfway
by operating the power window
switch.
3. Pull the power window switch and
hold it to close the window, and then
hold the switch more than 3 seconds
after the window is closed completely.
4. Release the power window switch. Operate
the window by the automatic
function to confirm the initialization is
complete.
5. Perform steps 2 through 4 above for
other windows.

If the power window automatic function
does not operate properly after performing
the procedure above, have your
vehicle checked by an INFINITI dealer.

Hope this helps, you may want to check and see if your moonroof is opening properly as well. If not then there is a procedure for resetting that too.

I just did this a few weeks ago. After I did the windows, the sunroof worked without having to do anything else. It's a miracle!

This tip worked on my 2013 Infiniti M37x, on all the windows, when automatic up was not working. Now automatic up and down work on all the windows. The same tip is mentioned in the Infiniti Owners Portal as well, but it's not obvious for automatic up.

:wtf2: all his time I just assumed it only did auto down and not auto up. Randomly stumbled upon this thread searching for if my 13 m37x just didn't have this feature! Power of the Internet!
