I have a 90' 240sx..I just got it the other day because i needed a car and it's an auto. :( How hard would it be to swap in the 5spd? I mean, i could..when i find one, just trade my 240 for a manual one. Obviously throw down some cash..but can it be done? Any opinions?

About as hard as it is to use the search button ;)

Seriously though, you can find serveral threads on this if you search. Something like auto to manual swap or trans swap should do the trick
