Auto 240 owners, please help

ok guys, just emptied the transmission of fluid, how many quarts of transmission fluid do I put back in? I don't have the factory owners manual or service manual so please help...

Hehe im sure people that dont have autos can still help. I have a FSM. Try 4 1\4 quarts. Start the car and engage every gear From Park To 1st. Then go check the Tran Dip Stick. You dont want to over do it or under do it because it can cause internal damage to your transmisson.

Oh btw did you change the transmission filter as well?

yeah... I'm gonna add another quart on top of the 3 I originally did and then run it for 5 minutes and check...
