im not saying anything bad or good untill i have my ecu in my car and see how it runs but damm im really worrying about were my ecu is, i was planning on a month MAX on down time but going on 2 months is making me worry!

i live on UF campus and id walk across campus twice to my car to make 180 bucks to ship a ecu out let alone a ecu and harness that id be making over 400 bucks on!!!

Harness hasnt showed up and havent heard back on the tracking number. I know it took 3 days for me to ship it via UPS to him from Indiana to North Carolina, but dunno how he shipped it back to me.

This guy is a joke. Carl, make things right with people. You charge people money to do a service. I work 65+hours a week and still have time to do other things for people, using the excuse of being busy is a joke. Your personal problems dont mean anything to people who you owe things to.

its obvious carl is a busy guy.. down time sucks but you have to understand personal priorities...you have no idea what is going on so dont talk if you dont know...in carls defence everything i have herd about his work is great and i plan on sending him my harness. but i would suggest that you keep your mouth shut, if you dont know whats going on. not saying i know just keep to your own business.

Almost 3 months would be acceptable if he told me it would be it would be in that time frame. However he said he had two harnesses ahead of mine, so lets see last time I was in school if you took 5 days x 2 that would = 10 days then my harness lets say another 5 days plus 3 days to ship it out that would equal 18.

Now I understand s*** comes up in life, it happens. He apologized, no worries. He told me on the forum Id have my harness mid of this week, he then emailed me and said Id have it by the weekend. And the email I posted clearly states this. So once again I have no harness and no tracking number. Thats all I was stating.

I dont care if you have 1 post or 1325345, backing up a situation you know nothing about makes you look retarded. This is my issue with carl and like Ive stated a few times in here, this was a way for me to communicate with Carl, then all of the people who have nothing better to do then make this a me vs Carl H match up blew s*** out of proportion.

Cliff Notes. s*** takes time, but dont tell someone your doing something then not come through. If you cant see that someones word is their bond, then you should go back to grade school and start life over again.

You're right, business should be handled approprately.I've found out whats going on and it ended up being that dispite the items being mailed when I said they would the people at the post office I use decided since they couldnt read the addresses to not even bother shipping it and just marking it RTS.I JUST NOW have seth's harness back in my hands and I had to drive to charlotte to retrieve tom's ecu which has been sent out with the following tracking: 0309183000096607518 via uspsI should have a tracking for seth's harness later this afternoon but it turns out my fall break has been nothing but stress and more work.At this point I am overwhelmed with my life between school, my business, and my personal life I barely have time to eat...so my applogies to all.

And to all those who decide to just get in this thread to throw me under a bus when you have not even delt with any of my business products/services don't you think thats a bit rude?

carl can you email me please, i just pluged in your ecu and soldered in the z32s and the car is running horrible, both of the mafs are gettin 12v to clip e, grounds are on the center 2 and the b is the sig out wire... any help??? harness has not been touched besides the z32 maf connectors and the new ecu....

Been a week now and still havent gotten a tracking number or an email of whats going on. Not to mention the harness has been paid in full when he said he was shipping it out that week.

Like I said I know problems in life come up and Im probably one of the easiest people to get along with and who understands this. However Ive had my own deals to suffer with by having a harness take this long. The season is pretty much over for me here in Indiana, Ive missed shows, our own drift events and our charity car show not to mention just being able to enjoy my car in general but id still like to maybe have a chance at driving it sometime before snow hits.

USPS tracking numbers are a hit and miss. Honeslty for me they have rarely worked. There has even been times were the packaged was delivered and the tracking # still failed to show up on this system.

Keep your spirits up, I have not been here a long time but I know how carl h is overwhelmed with a ton of harness work and even life on the side.

so, ive got both my z32 clips wired into my 26 harness and the car runs bad, carl can i send you my harness so i can get piece of mind why my car is not running rite????? it ran like a champ before i sent it out to you. i mean the car was perfect, soldered in the z32 clips and all of a sudden it runs liekl complete crap.. idk wat to think, could the ecu not of taken the socket/chip correctly? i just had the same problem w a customers hondas ecu not takin a socket

i cant get my car to run. ive tried friends z32 mafs to double check that the 2 i have are good. hookled the maf wires up correctly.

mabey the ecu didnt accept the tune? not sure. can i send this back to you and have you double check it? the car starts and runs on 3 cyl. the car was drivable before the ecu was shipped out....

mabey you didnt get solder one of the pins the entire way....

just had a similar problem w a acura obd0 ecu and one of the pins wasnt soldered in, honest mistake, mabey this happened with this ecu?
