Are these parts up to NICO standard??

I'm finally gonna get around to replacing both engine mounts and the transmission mount this weekend (well im gonna buy the parts and a buddy of mine who owns a shop will install them) I found these and the price seems WAY too cheap. I don't know if these are generic parts or what. I thought the transmission mount would be upwards to $200. My question is, are these parts good enough for the Q and will they last? The third mount is a little more than Joe charged when I bought mine. Don't know about engine mounts.

But why not go with Joe and OEM for the best service and prices?
