Are the headlights a pain to change on an A33 I30?

I'm taking my I30 in for an oil change soon and I figured that I'd pick up a pair of Silverstar Ultras and have the dealer doing to oil change just put them in. However, the service adviser told me that the headlights were very difficult to change and that I would need to make an appointment. Huh? Since when are headlight bulbs tough to change?

For the conventional bulbs, you just disconnect the harness and twist the bulb to remove it.

I'm sure they are similar to the A33 Maximas. If that's the case, it's very simple to do. I can't believe how low the dealers will stoop nowadays.
