Hi guys.A while ago there was a thread started by someone claiming to have a 300hp DSM, who started bashing your cars for now reason.

Please take a note, that he in no way reflects DSM community views and is a disgrace to all of us at DSMtuners.comPeople like him give us a bad name.

Any true DSM owner has complete respect to any car with great potential and hard work that has been out into it.

Don't become like him, and start bashing DSMs just because of his dumb thread. I've read way to many ignorant responses to his thread, that don't give you guys a good face either.

Remember, arguing on the internet is like running in special olympics - even if you win, you're still a retard . We simply close threads like that at DSMtuners very early, before they get out of hand and people fall face-down in the mud due to their ignorance and lack of knowledge.

Don't forget, we're all here are an import tuner crowd. Tunning cars that are made to be tuned, is what makes us different from honduh boys and mustang 'studs'.

BTW, Plymouth Lasers are perfect sleeper DSM's. Most people forget they exist and few know they came turbo and awd. There is hardly any badging on the turbo ones or a AWD badge. Just TURBO on the passenger fender and i think the drivers side too. That can easily be removed Plus most of them dont have the body effects the Talons and Eclipes did (1G).

The honda issue:Making cars, that were never meant to be sports cars, look like airplanes with all these wings body kits attracts all the negative attantion to the import crowd. Especially from police. Don't get me wrong here there are truly fast hondas outhere (and I'm talking about Civics in particular, as not being sports cars), but overwhelming majority are APC repeat customers.

I hate riced out Hondas, but the Civic Type R and Integra Type R arent nothing to laugh at. Though they may not be "true" sports cars, the engine and suspension work is good enough to take out some "real" sports cars at race tracks (not 1/4) like auto-x, what the cars where designed for.

I don't like Mustangs either, and you did apologise for the mental comment.

But honestly, you really shouldn't feel like you have to patch up other peoples mistakes. I don't think anyone here read that thread, and thought "Damn, all DSM owners must be this way."It's the internet dude, what people say on here shouldn't mean anything.

I agree 100% on the Honda thing. You cant say ALL hondas suck, cuz there are several that will kick your ***.. but several hundered with 4" exhaust and poor driving ability.

Why do mustang guys hang around the import crowd anyway? It isnt hard for a big v6 or v8 to spank a stock 4cyl. If they had nice cars they would hang with their own kind. (that link is absolutly hysterical. to the point of making me angry.)

As a matter of fact, my projct would've been a '92 240sx now, if my brother didn't trash it. But honestly, I don't regret for moment, that I'm into DSMs.I admit though , AWD isn't as much fun on a parking lot, unless it's snowing or you make 500whp and have a spare transmission

Uhh...I was at the dsmtuners site last night (server is busy right now), anyways....I read a thread that was saying bad things about the 240 site...you close that thread?? I would go and post and say close thread but the server is busy... I didnt like reading that mess last night, but browsing and seen thread "trashing dsm" over there soo it caught my attention, Newlogics think you can close it ?? *asks nicely*

I'm not a mod there, just a member.Sometimes threads do get out of hand, when mods are not avail, but generally they react fast.

As far as 240 bashing, it is clear that no one there said anything bad about the car itself. People were bashing the ignorance, with which people on this site replied to that dumb thread.

The apology is cool, always good to see a nice DSM owner(most I know are as arrogant as them stang owners). Someone trashed our car, so we fought back and trashed theres. I find it cool that Iam guessing, the more respected DSM owners come in here and apologize so we don't look down on the DSM crowd(cause that post was really screwed up). Most DSMs owners I know would of been like ya, we own a eclipse and the 240 sucks, but I guess they are rice. Do you guys forget the S2k and NSX are honduhs too.

s2000's and nsx's suck balls, i hate hondas, although there are some fast ones, esp. around where i am, and anyone with a fast car is cool in my book, but the s2000 makes hp when???? 8500 and redline is 9000 that is pretty crappy in my book, and nsx..80000 dollar car that runs 14.s...no thanks granted it may not be all about 1/4 mile, but around here that's how it is so i guess that reflects my attitude, any fast cars are cool, fast to me = under 12.9 that's moving on the street but anyway that's the end to my rant, flame me all you want for hating the woderful honda flagships but it's just my opinion...

I love the S2k cause of its looks man, that car is all about the looks!!!!! The NSX, well cause its rare, I have only seen a handful and I like they way they look. Performance wise, I don't know how any of them do. Plus they are expensive so you dont see them riced out!!! And RWD is the big ++++
