Apexi Head Gasket 1.5mm

HelloI have install a new apexi 1.5mm head gasket to my 200sx s14a, and i have a problem, i have made all the adjustments to the head (camsaft timing) etc.I check twice the engine timing and it looks great, but when i start the engine a terrible black smoke coming out from the exhaust, and the engine is not working corectly. What is the exact procedure of installing the avans (avant) motor? Do anybody knows what is the problem?
