The Barret-Jackson Auto Auction was pretty kewl. Some of the commentators on the show knew a little too much about cars.

Either that or you could star in Subway commercials and go on the PGA tour to make enough money to buy back your mother's house.. wait a minute, that one has already been done before!

Daunt,If I buy another car, my wife will kill me. Ask Repoman. I currently have four cars and I am looking to unload two of them. A fifth would put my marriage on the rocks.

What a coincidence!!! If I don't find an affordable 69-72 Vette (in restorable/running condition) for my wife before our 10th anniversary, I'm gonna be single (against my will).

Me and my damn stupid promises.

Heh, this really amuses me for some reason - a 240 guy selling a corvette. I'm amused because I know waaay too much about corvettes through friends and family (GM employees/vette restorers), yet I'm currently in the market for a 240...

I assume the low mileage is post restoration? Who did the appraisal?

It probably didn't have to be restored, considering he just never drove it. And Daunt probably knows it's worth a lot, but is giving it the 50k label because he needs that much money to get his shop going. I bet it's worth a lot more.

Crypt, I can't wait till April. You're more than welcome to purchase the car and sell it if you so desire. : )

Confusatron, I can't remember how many actual miles are on it, not a huge amount, also yes, the 3800 is post restoration. The restoration is perfect, and the car is all original. Robert's did the appraisal.

Red, Market Price on it is about $67,000-$69,000 but you have to wait for the right buyer, and I don't have time to wait.

Don, The car is in Kalamazoo because it's stored with my father. Crystalee is an eBay account I use because I don't have my own. : )

Also, Confusatron, if you want to buy the Vette, I'll cut you a deal on the 240 work that you want done. : ) Or do you know anyone interested, it's only a few hours away from you stored in a heated garage... : )
