Anyone running 17x8 wheels?

Anyone here running 17x8 wheels on their Sentra's? I recently purchased an '07 SE-R Spec V with 17x8's and 245/45/17 tires. I'm switching out the wheels and am planning to go with some lower profile 245/40/17 shoes. Anyone in the same boat?

I hope I don't run into any issues with rubbing as I haven't thus far...

Stock is 225/45/ZR17's, not 245.

I know the stock tires are 225's, but the sentra I just bought already had aftermarket 17x8's with 245's on them.

hrm, link worked last night. You wont have any problems going to a lower profile. Should not rub. However, your gonna have to make sure your TMPS sensor will fit.

Just make sure you know what offset to go with. I have 17X8 in a +35 offset on a B15 and 235/40s don't rub. The B16 has more space so you should have no trouble fitting a 245/40.
