Anyone in Tampa, FL??

Hey guys, is there anyone in the Tampa, FL or surrounding area that would be willing to help me mod my 240sx? I'd be willing to help in return, but I don't know anything right now.

I'm looking to do an alarm system (Autopage RS750), suspension, brake upgrade and eventually a motorswap

. I'd love to learn how to do stuff hands on instead of shelling out loads of cash for a mechanic.

Also if you are in the area and have a 240 that's modded, I'd love to take a ride and see what it's like when the 240's performance is increased!

Im in orlando but that doesnt help you much. Once in a while im in Tampa. If a Tampa meet starts off over there like the Nico meets here, id go check it out.

thats not a bad idea maybe we should start the whole nissan thing up again...would rock...just make sure we keep the carey away this time. Nissan RWD and turbo meet or something....do it every sat night.

Meeting up sounds great to me! I think there's a lot that we could benefit from getting together. I was begining to think that everyone was on the west coast!

I'm on the other coast in Miami. I don't have my 240 just yet, but I am looking for one. If you want a shop that can do conversions and swaps, check out http://www.pacificperfomance.com, or call them up at 954-677-0205. They are in Oakland Park, near Ft. Lauderdale. A little far for you, but I trusted them with my S2000, and they are GOOD. Specialize in Hondas and Nissans. If you call, ask for Darin and tell him that Jackie referred you. In the same area I know a guy that runs a shop called Infinity Auto that has experience installing the Autopage alarms. He does a lot of S2K's as well, so he's well trusted. I will try to dig up his number. Good luck!
