Anyone have any info on how to remove Z31 dash

Like the title says. I need to remove the dash out of my '84 z31. Does anyone have a link or a write up?

No I just picked up an '84 and a donor '86. They both run good but the rust on the '86 is too far gone. I will have plenty of parts to get rid of. Both non turbo t-top 5 speed cars. All glass is good.
