Freakin nice! I noticed that's for a Honda motor (which can be swapped legally anyway) and the date is kinda old... so can you get KA-Ts, SR20s, etc. passed at the ref and issued new stickers with your conversion?

Also, that takes care of the visual... but once you convert back to gas from propane, will the sniffer still be a problem? Will passing the visual be compromised if you convert back to gas?

Please PM me the details! Definitely need more people like you in CA. Way to work the system!

The best way to pass smog gentlemen is the legal way, you can pass smog by piggybacking a Standalone ECU and adjusting the 44 fuel, ignition and timing parameters. By doing just this and adding 17% MTBE fuel additive to total volume of fuel...

hazw8st, i followed the directions in the email but got a question. i faxed my documents to the number youve provided me with, and was wondering whether you recieved it or not. recieved as in you personally...because it seemed to me like the number was one that the entire business/building would share. dont know if it really matters or not...

not trying to rush you or anything, but i was just wondering if we were still able to get this whole process completed before saturday. i apologize again, i know you guys are probably pretty busy. id just like to know because im running temp registration right now which ends this month (car is my ONLY vehicle). could you get back to me on the status of this arrangement asap? my backup plan if this couldnt go through in time was to get it passed the old way, even though id rather have it converted . 4 more days...im getting a lil desperate.

Hey just wondering how do you pass the visual part of the test? Also if you smog with CNG you don't have to smog again? Is this correct?

Can you tell me exactly what he does, how much it costs and how long it takes. I'll be needing his services before next summer.

Thanks!

No, you cannot shake a ref ticket, once you get a ref ticket, you are stuck. Only way out of it is to make the vehicle stock. I still don't understand why people wait until the last minute to smog exempt and CARB exempt their vehicles.

With smog exemption you can forget about smogging the vehicle altogether, the smog exemption is even owner transferable. With CARB exemption, you can run around with an RB motor, an open exhaust, a huge atmospheric blow-off valve, FMIC and no emissions equipment and still not EVER get a ref ticket.

Even if a cop pulls you over, they cannot give you a ref ticket if the vehicle is CARB exempted. Search as you may, California smog exemption and CARB exemption are unknown legal loopholes.

CARB is California Air Resources Board, CARB exemption means that the vehicle is exempted from any and all CARB emissions mandates. There are 100% legal ways of doing just that.

Why is it that people don't wise up and do things the LEGAL way?

Please contact us at: [email protected] with any questions.
interesting....I'll be shooting you an email asking for more details. where did you get all this knowledge?! are you an former cop or something haha..

Passing smog tests in California sounds hard. In Puerto Rico we pay the smog test guy $20 and he'll just put the smeller on any other car he has around that passes the test while typing in your car's info into the system. The smog test by itself costs $11, so it comes out total to $31.

in CA, that is what they call "clean piping". if a smog tech gets caught doing that, its a large fine with 2 years in prison. plus your licence to practice in the state is revoked. CA takes smog too serious.
