4cyl in a hardbody? Why swap and do so much fab stuff, why not turbo the stock motor? or supercharge it?

search KA-T... many people do this but not necessarily in the hardbody... there are a few that have done it in the hardbody but basically this is the 240 engine

Thanks , just seems the turbo or SC would be easier without trading transmission for engine and computers and all the other wiring and hosing crap.

the stock ka takes pretty well to boost... just find someone who's done it before to make sure you do it right

this is a turboed KA from a hardbody... the engine isn't in a hardbody anymore but for info on what was done to the engine itself ask nis720... this is his 720 pickup with the hardbody ka-t... still under construction but i'm sure he can help
