LOL Now THAT'S a theory! And me so close to the Mexican border, why didn't I think of that??? Anyone wanna put some money down with me for a VH45DE swap? Heh... I don't know Dauntt personally but I don't think anyone has to worry. He's a straight-up dude. Why would anyone risk their integrity for a one-time hit when they can get so much farther from a lifetime of doing the right thing? As far as the containers getting ripped off, what, you guys don't watch The Sopranos? Only saw the 1st season (DVD), but I liked it.

It will be oepning in winder, aka "east bumple". hopefully I'll be able to make overbored KA and SR throttlebodies, with port-matched manifolds, and lots of lightweight parts for our cars. I've already got most of the machining equipment(no, I dont have a CNC machine..do you have any idea how expensive one is?!?!?)allong with some shop space from the owner's father(the guy opening the shop). I am really just atking care of helping him make the contacts and things he needs to set up(setting up accounts and things with parts places).

-chetWE will also be providing detailing services, too.

I know howto use a CNC lathe, and a mutli-machine but the cost of buying one on a little start up business would be kind of severe, and since this buisness is mostly "for ****s and giggles" I dont see us buying one. We will, how-ever be making custom peices such as:-intakes, and pass-side intake kits.-windows(lexan/plexi)-rear decklids and other body parts-interior panells-intake manifolds and throttle bodies

etc, etc. THe guy who owned the shop before, who also has the equipment(and is giving us the shop space..w00t.) has been porting heads and making custom engine peices and fabricating body parts for over 20 years, so Hes going to teach me anything I dont know, and help us with materials hook-ups(allumonum, C/f, fiberglass, etc)-chet

A hood that was made out of a super thin aluminum alloy with only a little support would be good for the track, Probaly just as light as carbon fiber too.
