I parked my car on the street the other day and when I came back I had a huge coat of white paint left on my bumper by some idiot who couldn't park, after I brushed all of his paint off this is what was left.

It bugs the s*** out of me seeing this on my bumper =[, you guys have any tips on how I can get rid of the scratches? Any input is appreciated. My bad if similar posts have already been made, I'm new on here.

Light wet sanding 1500 or 2000 grit and power buff back to original shine. As long as the scratch is in the clear coat, any deeper and you will need touch up paint or have the bumper repainted. I hate that it happened.

Yea it seems like it just damaged the clear coat, how much do you think something like that would cost me? Thanks!

I would say 40 to 50 bucks. If you drive to Louisiana I will do it for you free. HAHA!! I got a new buffer for my birthday just for those types of problems.

I got a big 'scar' on my 300 m. One thing that worked is using Armour All tire cleaner, the stuff that give them that black shine.

I would suggest first testing it on a concealed area first, but it worked great on mine.
