lol i was in the shoe game for like 2 years just got out of it sold all my sb and bought a 240SX!!!!! hahaha and i dont regret it now that i see all these little A holes walking around with gr thinking they tight and shiz

I was debating on whether or not to get these or First Rounds Skates but the puffy heel always throws me off. If I don't like these I'll just send them back and get the First Rounds. I have a feeling I'll end up keeping these though.

i'm not on iss, i go by "m tr4nch" on niketalk though. although i haven't posted in years besides some FS threads.

compared to how i used to be, i'd describe myself as having one foot in the door of the shoe game, going the other way (leaving). just not the same anymore :/

sadly I'm the same way.. all the damn high school n00b shoeheads pretty much made me stop collecting. that, and the fact that all new-release SB's (black & gold boxes) look absolutely horrendous. (no offense to anyone who digs that new shiet )

I've pretty much moved all my kicks.. even most of my heaters. just been kinda hanging on to the last couple old-school pairs that I could probably never part with, like my De La Highs, Jedis, Bucks, etc..

yeah man i feel the same way. nike ruined a couple of classics along the way with the wack colorways lately *coughAF1's&dunkscough*. not only the colors but the quality and prices are ridiculous now.

and what people will pay for things now is CRAZY! i sold a pair of black/orange jewel af1's from 1998 about 2 months ago for 350 on ebay, and i got them for 130 on ebay back in 2004
