hello fellow NICO forians...

heres my issue

Chassis: 1990 240sxEngine: 1996 engineproblem: bogging out at 3k rpm under load (when in gear), not reving up smoothly

now be4 i get jumped at here is wut ive done so far to avoid asking this

Compression test: 190 190 190 178airleak test: tight as a virginEGR: blocked off completely by ebay steel plateTPS: good (borrowed from friends car) working TPS set at .5 at idleInjectors: working properly, even used stethescope to hear emSpark plugs: NGK V power ( ithink) were brand new now have blow by and whitish tip, which means running lean i believethermostat: newplug wires: new NGKTiming: Stock 20BTDC settingfuel system: new filter, strainer, and pump FPR reads 40psi at idleMAF: proper voltage and works great, borrowed from same car as TPSGrounds: all properly bolted downexaust: no black smoke or any kind that would indicate blown H gasket or coolant leakTemp sensor: did FSM way of checking if it works ( dipping in boiling water with thermostat) and is functioning...ECU: was only throwing EGR nothing else

any body deduct anythign from this...ive gone to other forums and searched here aswell... worst case scenario id have to guess Knock sensor...whihc means ripping off intake mani...which i dont wanna have to do... anyother possibilities im more than willing to listen...

Dude.. I have a 92 240sx... And I've done all the above and my car is doing the same crapp..... Your description of the car sounds just like mine and I can't fix it either.

I know the difference because I used to have a 95 240sx and it was like way freaking faster......

So......I can't figure it out..

Help me ouT or lets try to figure this out.

yeah thats what i meant on the mafs he had 96 motor in his he couldn't use the s13 dohc harness but idk wat the hell i'm talking about. maybe a bad pcv valve? or the hose might be unplugged or cracked. when i put my manifold on i forgot about the hose from the manifol/butterfly valves to the pcv valve. the mechanic couldn't figured why it would stumble and i told him about the hose and it ran good after that. I take a gander at that.

no the one below ur intake manifold that goes to your pcv valve on the block next to ur throttle body kinda hard to see it. Its black.

I think I just fix my problem.. Gotta wait a few days to see if i's okay..

Check the plugs that connects into the fuel injections.

My plugs were not snapped on... I could pull on the plug and it would come right off... Give that a try.

i'm bad at this so its a black box u should see a vaccum line running under the intake manifold to the butter flys(if u have one) and going to a box by ur throttle body on top of ur alternator. kinda hard to find too me a lime to find mine. this should help alot on finding it. heres a link to it.

it only cost like 12 dollers it might not even be bad it could be the vacuum lines that are leaking but i replace it. I know its an orafice(sp) like a tube with a ball that lets air go in or something during idle and cruis and allceleration. I take a look at it.
