Bought a 52 " LCD TV yesterday and I thought I would try to get it in the V (Didn't want to go get my truck). The TV sales guy laughed when he saw what I was driving. 30 seconds later he was speechless. The dimesions of the box standing upright were: L 54" W 20" H 36". As you can see in the pics I had to lay the box down. Also had to slide the front seats forward some.Absolutely Amazing![IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

I took a freezer home from Sears on friday. That is probably the biggest item that i've ever squeezed in so far. I didn't transport my TV with the V cause i didn't want to lay the screen horizontally...

I'm telling ya. The V is a Tardis. Bigger on the inside than on the outside.

The wife and I purchased a 46" Samsung LCD friday and the salesman told us we couldn't lay an LCD flat??? I never tried to put the TV in the Versa because of this, just had my friend take it home for us in his explorer. I think the salesman is wrong because my laptop screen is LCD and it is flat all the time?

I did the same with a 46" and thought that was great until I saw you actually got a 52" one in there.

Don't you just love these little devils.

I am retired and drive cars for a Toyota and Nissan dealer all over the state and am always glad to get back in my Versa no matter what the car or truck I just drove is.

With the new Cooper CS4 Tourings on it the ride is a lot smoother than the ContiProContacts that came on it. Thinking seriously about putting some on my wife's Altima.

You can lay it down, just make sure the screen is face up. They shouldn't be shipped like this but for just the trip home it is fine.

Interesting! I just got a Versa HB on Sept. 3rd, and on Sunday I went in to Best Buy to get a 55" LG LED TV. Those extra 3" made the box too big to squeeze in the Versa (It was literally bigger than the opening). So, we took the TV out, laid it flat in the hatch, and did some folding of the box to fit it in. Should have heard all the shoppers walking by. The joke was on them though. I WAS going to watch that TV that night! This kind of stuff is why I wanted a Versa. Didn't think it was much of a deal or I would have taken pictures. Next time!

So... yea. Fit an 8' ladder in the Camel. The owner of the ladder owned a Honda CRV and the ladder wouldn't fit.

Versas are awesome.

I wish the versa had a straight trunk on the bottom instead of the V shape, we would be able to fit more bigger items

the dealers have a cargo area organizer that will make the back hatch area level with the rear seats when folded down. It cost $135.
