Bad Boyz, they're located on the road at the base of the Beltline bridge over by Kroger. Right across the road from Kroger.

I personally have not seen any of their work, but I have talked to Nate (I think he's the owner) and they all seem to know what they're talking about. If you walk in there you swear it is a scene from The Fast and The Furious Cars jacked up and a guy in the engine bay working on it, blaring techno music, car parts laying everywhere, its great! They told me $3,000 for a complete sr20 swap, including installation w/ the factory intercooler and everything. They keep the old block, but that's no loss. I'm hoping to have enough money by Christmas get it done. My own little JDM Christmas present to me!

Hey man check mobile, the 240 craze is just starting to catch on and stock s14's can be had for around $2000 to $3500 all day. I only paid $800 for mine but it had a blown motor.

See sig for car pics/mods, I didn't know there were other NicoNauts around here, we should meet up some time. Btw, the guy that does all the hard work on my car is VERY knowledgeable about cars in general, especially 240s/SR20's because he drives one himself. He's done numerous SR20 swaps in most configurations (mine is s13 sr in s14 with factory functional AC). He's also done at least 1 RB26 that I know of. Anyone needing work in the southern Alabama/Mississippi area should look him up. PM me I'd be glad to give you his contact info.

my car has never been to a shop, nor will it ever. i order parts from regal nissan (nismo parts) and what i cant get there i buy online. i do all the work myself in my garage or driveway.

i asked around about shops and stuff, but realized that no one in north alabama could do any decent work. no one had a clue what engine i had, it was pathetic.

That's what I was afraid of. The only shop I know of is the one I mentioned before and they seem knowledgeable but I guess as they say "talk is cheap"

Well how exactly are they advertised. I have tried auto trader and the bulletin board here. If it isn't on there then i am not really able to find it..Mobile is a pretty good distance from montgomery so it isn't like i can just drive down and look one afternoon...but i will drive down for a purchase

That turbo could inhale small birds and cats if it didn't have a filter on it!

Wow, and I thought I was only one of three Alabamians to be on Nico, R32 GTR and Amolao being the other 2, and thought I was the only Decatur resident with a 240 lol.

SWEET! Another Decatur 240 owner! I'm trying to organize a Decatur 240 meet this weekend in case you're interested.

I was parked with my group from EPhatch up by turn one. I guess some folks never venture over where the hondas lurk.
