Can you adjust the Vera's headlights horizontally?

I was able to move it up and down, but I'd like to adjust them horizontally a bit.

As you must have discovered, there is no horizontal adjustment available from the factory. Some people have added washers to the mounting points to tweak their lights, usually after a fender bender.
