The line did stop for at least seven days in March. Stopping a line for seven days is a HUGE deal, which costs millions and millions in dollars. In the 80s, I was in the manufacturing side of a certain well-known Japanese automotive company. I remember our management saying that if "my" line stopped for ten days, the company would be declaring a bankruptcy. It can be that big a deal. Delcaring a line "idle" is not something a company would do, unless it is a serious situation.
