Those are sweet! I really like the way it looks.

I have a few questions before i go and buy them1

1. How are is it to take off the headlights. I don't want to have to take the entire bumper off because i don't think it will ever go back into the same place! but if that is a must maybe some info to do that would be helpful!

2. If i am going to do all this work to take the lights out and instal the Halo rings... I want to replace the Fogs too. But i want to install real HIDs to match the low beams.

3. what do you think would be the best way to wire the lights.... as always on lights or Only when the head lights are on.

Thanks so much for the link to ebay... I really think i am going to be getting those soon!

First off, unless the Sedan is different from the Coupe in this regard, you have to 'peel' the bumper down. Not hard. couple of bolts on each side, and a bunch of those little plastic things that act like bolts. I doubt very much that you could get the headlight out without doing so.

I took all the pictures nessesary to make DIY on this, but since I never finished the project, I'm not ready to post it. But I will when I get the right halo's, or my LED's. Soon eitherway.

The hardest part is separating the headlight after you take it out of the oven. I baked mine at 175 for 15 mins. After that its a matter of prying it open with hand tools. A buddy will help.

Wiring is really your choice. Easiest would be to hook them up directly to your 'parking light'. They would then work whenever you turn them on. If you have Daytime Running Lights, and wanted your halos on all the time, you could hook them up to those. If you don't have DRL's, but want them, its only a matter of a wiring harness. Dealership has them, so do retailers.

I purchased PIAA's for my 'fog light'. They are very nice H1's. Umnitza had sent with my halo's a pair of their highend h3's, which of course don't fit my 06, but they looked nice.

PIAA's all the way for me.

As for Umnitza: So far my dealings with them have been very pleasent, and all day today I have been in contact, emailing back and forth dimentions, pictures and diagrams to meet the needs of the '06 coupe. I'm glad to say that they've been very attentive, and are sending me new halo's to match the specifications I've requested.

Big thumbs up to Umnitza so far.

When I get the new parts, I will install and post a full writeup on the install. It will also be available at the manufactures website, as they will be using it for their offical install instructions.

I'm sure it will be 99% the same for the sedan.

I take it the H3s are better than the H1s??? What is the real difference?

No idea really. I just know that H1's fit for me. The h3's they sent have the same size mounting base, but the bulb is larger and won't fit through the opening.

Not sure. I think they are all different sizes, and your car only takes a certain one per light. Check your manual, it will tell you.
