when do i need to install an afc. cuz i hav ihe on my car and it feels sluggish @ low rpms.idunno if its because thrers the a/f ratio is off or what. ive also been tryin to find way to improve my throttle response as well

Unless you have heavy mods (turbo or lots of NA parts), an AFC will do little to nothing for you.

You can trying installing a S AFC and tune it on a dyno, but as it has already been said, you will see minimal gains.
