Yep. Someday I'll take the time to write it all down. It was so bad the manager and I wound up in the parking lot (against his will) to straighten things out.

Corporate office is worse than the shops. Suffice it to say they're getting nothing from me.

Bums.

My car needs new shocks and struts. Any suggestions? I know everyone here seems to have tokico but how much are they and are they the best for my Q or is there something better out there?

Nick

there are two shocks that fit your car, that I am aware of as a long year Q owner:

Togico Blue, orTogico Black (these are the factory fit)

I have all Blue but some recommedn blue in front and black in back.

The dealer will put in black all around.

Fred...:)

I think Dennis recommends and runs Blacks in front and Blues in the rear (so to speak).

That's because his is lowered with stiffer springs.

The smart think to do it do blue shocks all the way around and just give yourself 5K miles to break them in. They cost less up front and last longer. The added stiffness makes up for the other worn suspension components.

If you replace rear shocks only it'll clean up the handling quite a bit... might not even want to replace front shocks right now.
