Adjusted market value

Stopped by a local Nissan dealer yesterday (Sunday just outside of Philadelphia Pa). They added a sticker that said adjusted market value to the Jukes adding $4,955. Has anybody else run into this?

That is absolutely ridiculous and scandalous. Skip that dealership. Buy from someone else. I'm in Ohio and my local dealership hasn't done anything like this.

My dealer up here in the Lehigh Valley of PA said a lot of other local dealers are pulling crap like that. Was it an SL? Apparently those are quite a commodity around here. My salesman did say they wouldn't budge off of sticker price, but they aren't charging any ridiculous "market adjustments" on them either.
