Hey i recently instralled my s14 turbo on my car .. like some people i needed to clock it a litlle to clear the manifold ..

after that actuator was not in line with the flapper arm to controle the wastage here a picture ..

i just want to know if its okay to run it like that.. does i need to make a litlle extension to keep the arm straight

now that im thinking of that i didnt clock the center section of the turbo, just the compressor side .. aww well its no more than 30 degre..

thx

I did just like you did. I slightly clocked the compressor housing. I'm using the SSAC mani, and I don't think I moved it even 30*. My wastegate controlled the boost just fine. You shouldn't have any problems.

on my clocked SR t25 I had to do the same thing, and it worked fine. On my s14 turbo however it fit just fine without clocking
